AEROSPACE & AERONAUTICS

For the aeronautical sector, we design components and functional groups for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. This field brings together numerous branches of engineering, making it extremely complex and distinctive. It must be approached with reverence and precision and it’s essential to take into account aerodynamic, structural, thermal and mechanical phenomena; all crucial for properly dimensioning the structure, propulsion systems and aerodynamic profile of the aircraft.

When it comes to aerospace design, we face one of the most challenging engineering disciplines, which requires extensive and solid knowledge of technical and physical domains. The complexity lies in anticipating phenomena and forces that constantly change during operation. The physical laws governing bodies shift gradually with altitude, becoming significantly different once crossing the Kármán line beyond the atmosphere.

This discipline applies principles of physics, materials science and a wealth of knowledge related to aircraft and spacecraft design. Specific expertise is required to choose suitable materials for technical solutions, to define a proper aerodynamic profile and to determine performance requirements.

Our engineers, thanks to experience gained through numerous collaborations with national and international aerospace agencies and top industry players, are able to design complex systems for space missions, aircraft components, systems for orbital stations or structural parts of satellites. To ensure compliance with international standards, which define the aerospace production, we rely on our expertise in structural calculation and simulations to factor in every variable resulting from this mix of different environments.

With twenty years of experience in the aerospace and aeronautical sector, we recently partnered with Curti SPA’s Aerospace Division for the design and testing of Zefhir, a two-seater helicopter. Together with CIRI Aerospace of the University of Bologna and the start-up Zefhir Aerospace, we developed the drone-conversion of the aircraft. A crucial process for testing the world’s first ballistic parachute for helicopters.

Thanks to our strong multidisciplinary expertise and solid relationships with many companies in the field, Hypertec Solution has developed the ability to turn even the boldest human ambitions into reality. We are inspired by the Wright brothers, whose ingenuity enabled humanity to achieve its most remote dream: TO FLY.

THE HYPERTEC VISION

At Hypertec Solution, our eyes are often turned to the sky. This upward gaze is a metaphor of our reality: it represents our ambition and our curiosity for new horizons.

Reaching the sky is also proof of engineering’s central role in human evolution. Thanks to ambition and technical progress, humankind has been able to adapt itself to an environment whose laws had not included us. It is an expression of the power of human ingenuity: turning dreams and ambitions into tangible realities by finding solutions to overcome obstacles.

Our company embodies this power by combining different expertise and promoting a multidisciplinary approach. Every project we realize is one step forward toward a more sustainable and innovative future, where engineering continues to be the driving force of human progress.

The ability to innovate and push beyond the boundaries of possibility is what distinguishes humanity.
At Hypertec, the seed of ambition is constantly fed. We develop technologies and solutions that improve quality of life, offering new opportunities for growth not only to our clients but to all humankind.

OUR SERVICE

• Design of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft

• Design of metal and carbon fiber chassis

• Structural and fluid dynamic analysis

• Prototype construction support

• Design of test benches

• Execution and management of test-bench trials

The definition of aeronautical requirements is the starting point of every project we undertake. A clear and structured formulation of these requirements enables our engineers to develop a technical proposal fully aligned with the customer’s needs.

Test-bench validation, strain gauge analysis, vibration testing, thermal testing, fatigue and corrosion tests

Simulations to evaluate displacements, deformations and stresses, optimizing both static and fatigue resistance of components
Simulations to study aerodynamic behavior and phenomena otherwise difficult to observe, optimizing efficiency even under extreme conditions. FEM and CFD simulations allow us to study systems as if already in operational conditions, thus reducing both development time and costs.
