Hypertec Solution develops and builds static and/or dynamic test benches to perform functional analyses and simulations of systems and mechanisms before they enter operational use.
We are able to perform the reliability analysis of a mechanical system first virtually using the most reliable structural analysis software and then verify the results on test benches specifically designed or adapted to simulate the defined operational loads. We adopt a scientific approach to problem-solving combining computational and simulation theories with experimental field verification to obtain accurate feedback on the expected behavior of mechanical systems.
Activities
• Product and process requirements analysis
• Design of the test bench to simulate the specified working conditions
• Analysis of the obtained results and characterization of the product and its resistance to the simulated operational loads on the test bench
Design of test benches for determining the fatigue life of mechanical components, functional assemblies, complete products, or critical commercial items.
With this type of test rig, fatigue tests are carried out, which are fundamental and mandatory in the aerospace and aviation sectors. They allow us to verify the long-term durability and reliability of a component, functional assembly, or complete system, as in the case of the Zephir helicopter blade. It was first verified using all computational tools (CFD and FEA) and then tested for over 2,000 hours in its operational function, prior to final approval.
