We have been designing Oil & Gas plants since 2000. We provide feasibility studies and develop automated equipment for extraction processes, drilling systems and offshore/inshore platforms. We perform static and dynamic structural analyses, as well as load condition verifications. We integrate structural and pipe-stress analysis into a comprehensive process of modeling, design and documentation, combining mechanical disciplines with advanced calculation expertise.
This is one of the sectors where our skills and ability to create synergy are most evident. Our goal is to continuously improve platform design, enhancing lifting capacity, workplace safety and performance to reduce environmental impact and service costs.
Beyond this, we also develop sustainable and innovative technologies for wind and solar energy production. Furthermore, we are strong supporters of research in the field of nuclear fusion power plants and aim to contribute to accelerating their implementation in real-world applications.
The energy sector is one of the most representative of our mission: developing high-tech solutions with both climate and social purposes. Considering the times we live in, there has never been a better moment to harness technology and our expertise to face environmental, social and governance challenges in the energy domain.
On this premise, we have naturally expanded our focus toward renewable energies. We work in wind and solar power and, proudly, in the revolutionary field of nuclear fusion power plants, still in an experimental stage. With our partner Curti Spa, we are developing a bolometer for the experimental DTT plants under construction in Frascati and Frosinone and for ITER in Cadarache, France. This is a measuring device that allows control of the nuclear fusion reaction by regulating the flow of electromagnetic waves that, by activating the plasma of hydrogen isotopes, induce the production of helium (He).
We strongly believe in the potential of this groundbreaking and sustainable technique. These plants, in fact, do not face the issue of nuclear waste because the residual radioactivity decays extremely quickly.
It is for these reasons that we actively support research in this highly innovative field.
