We complete our offering with prototyping and assembly services for functional assemblies, machines or complete plants. For each client we can manage the entire process from the initial sketch to the finished product.
Often, our clients, whose production is serial and high-volume, cannot afford to allocate internal resources to prototyping. Doing so would create significant inefficiencies in the production workflow, potentially causing losses on an investment that is meant to increase the company’s value.
Our goal is to support clients with practical, execution-ready solutions. We cannot allow a company to sacrifice its production for any period of time in order to implement one of our projects. Therefore, we offer our expertise and resources to manage this final phase as well.
We can handle prototype construction using either our own suppliers or the client’s trusted suppliers. The choice is, of course, left to our clients; our role is to highlight the pros and cons of each option. Relying on their suppliers might seem more convenient, allowing them to prepare for series production in advance. However, it must be considered that these suppliers may be overloaded due to other commitments, which could drastically increase assembly and construction times, as well as opportunity costs for the company. Our suppliers, on the other hand, are carefully selected to ensure quality and, above all, availability and meticulous attention to our projects.
