Hypertec Solution has over 30 years of experience in mechanical and mechatronic design.
With today’s technological progress, mechanical projects are no longer enough.
To provide a complete service, in 2015 we decided to complement our mechanical engineering team with an automation electronics engineering team by acquiring a company of industry experts. Today our team consists of mechanical and automation electronics engineers who collaborate closely throughout the entire design process. We combine mechanical design with machine and test bench software development to offer our customers a complete, end-to-end, engineering solution.
To interface effectively with every manufacturing company we can use the most advanced mechanical CAD systems. Our designers also ensure an exceptionally high quality level thanks to experience gained from numerous collaborations with leading European metalworking companies. Our know-how allows us to develop cutting-edge projects thanks to a deep knowledge of materials, design techniques and manufacturing technologies.

By mechanical design we mean a series of technical and engineering procedures.
Through these methodologies our engineers can develop the design necessary for the production of a defined product. Whether it’s an automotive component, an industrial device, a complete automatic machine or any other piece of equipment it all starts with meticulous mechanical design. However, it is important to note that mechanical engineering always works in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines depending on the specific requirements of each project.
Mechanical design involves defining the layout, shapes and all the information needed to structure a product. At this stage the designer has to fully leverage their experience and intuition. This activity can be divided into four parts: preliminary design, detailed design, verification and release.
The second phase involves defining in minute specifics all the mechanical components or commercial details, until all the information needed to concretely develop the product is available. At this stage design and structural calculations proceed hand in hand. All necessary construction data are represented in technical drawings called “construction sheets,” created according to strict standards (UNI, ISO, DIN) ensuring universal understanding.
The design phase concludes with the release. The delivery of technical documentation to customers or suppliers, with whom timelines and costs for product realization have already been agreed upon.
