The work we carry out on robotic cells is yet another demonstration of the completeness of our team and of the innovative approach we apply to every project. We support the integration of robotic automation within industrial production lines. We firmly believe that the efficiency gains achieved through these technologies can unlock decisive potential, both for improving a company’s overall economic performance and for enhancing the working conditions of operators, who benefit from automation in the most repetitive and hazardous stages of the assembly line.
Even in this type of engineering project, we make full use of the synergistic capabilities of each of our Business Units. The Mechanical and CAE divisions are the first to intervene, defining the structure and mechatronic components which are modeled and analyzed to address any potential critical issues. Subsequently our automation engineers design the robot control software and, using Virtual Commissioning, verify and mitigate the majority of potential failure modes. The manufacturing phase then follows including on-site assembly at the customer’s facility. Once assembly is completed, final testing is carried out along with the implementation of the last adjustments.
